Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is the authority under which the US Government routinely collect and searches the online communications of innocent Americans with a warrant.
It expires at the end of this year.
As you might expect, the deep state doesn’t want it to just go away. Congress is taking up the issue. The USA Liberty Act has been introduced to fix it before it expires. It falls far short of addressing the worst abuses of the NSA’s Internet surveillance.

We see the battle in America which ostensibly is over President Trump.
It’s really over us, of course. All of these attacks on Trump are designed to get us to pull our support of him.
Trump represents the first time in a very long time that the average American felt powerful. That loving America and Americans was ok. That seeing the elites and their political swamp was a danger to us.
The war is on in America. “Nationalism” is the enemy of the swamp. Loving America and what it was and what it could be is wrong in the eyes of the elites.

I have long thought that our Neos want another Cold War. It’s the perfect scenario for our Military Industrial Complex. We get to buy lots of equipment, none of which really has to work. Heck we never have to use it. Who remembers the debacle with the Patriot Missiles in the first Gulf War? They didn’t work, yet no one got fired and we merely gave them more money to fix them.
When the Soviet Union fell, we agreed not to expand NATO into the former Soviet states. That agreement ended up being meaningless.
Now we’ve got US and other NATO forces closer to the Russian homeland. The Russians lost 27 MILLION people in World War II. All on their homeland. It’s difficult for Americans to imagine fighting for where we live. We’ve only been invaded once and that didn’t turn out so well for the British, but it wasn’t a town to town, house to house battle.
It’s not hard to imagine that Russia would want to protect its country.
Yet, as the US concentrates on re-fighting WWII in Europe, the rest of the developed world concentrates on economic warfare, forging new alliances based on trade.
And we wonder why we’re $20+ Trillion in debt. …
The Neos are doing everything they can to damage Russia.
At the behest of the Saudi’s we put sanctions on their oil exports to Europe thinking that we’d destroy Russia’s economies. All that happened was a shift in Russia’s exports to Asia.
We continue with other sanctions and vilification of Russia and so far the only result has been Russia’s alliances with China, Asia and the Middle East.
Even our “friends” the Saudis have made up with Russia and new growth and friendships are emerging.
The Neos would have you believe that they are smarter than you are. That we should trust them because they are the “enlightened” ones. They got spoiled though in the post Cold War era. There was a time when taking on 2nd and 3rd world countries was as simple as showing up and bullying them.
Developed countries aren’t so easy to bully. They are smart too. The cypto-rouble will get foreign investment into Russia, a country with a stable, virtually debt free economy. We sanction their banks and they figure out a different way to excel. Innovation used to be our greatness. …
The US Chamber of Commerce is the biggest enemy of “We the People” of any group in America. The Chamber is the largest lobbying group in the U.S., spending more money than any other lobbying organization on a yearly basis. They will claim that they exist to support American businesses.

The tips that the Constitution Center’s “Liberty Medal” might not really be Liberty in defense of the Constitution were pretty apparent. Presenter of the medal was Starbucks Executive Chairman Howard Schultz. Previous winners of the medal include Nelson Mandela and Colin Powell.
McCain actually summed up the Neo Con goals publicly better than most will.

The famous line from the Saul Alinsky crowd is “it’s not the protest, it’s the revolution”. We’ve seen this over and over again, most recently with the Weinstein revelations. Sexual assault in the furtherance of their causes is ok. Sexual assault from their adversaries is bad.
They never minded Bill Clintons actions, because he became their liberal president. The never minded Weinstein because he was their cash cow. The fact that they turned on him tells you that they’ve already identified another cash cow and don’t need him anymore.
It’s the same thing with neo Nazis. When they can find some in America, they quickly slam them because it supports their cause.
We not only fully funded neo Nazis and openly support them in the Ukraine because we hate the Russians.

The best part of the NFL’s financial implosion is that it clearly demonstrates that we still get to vote with our wallets! It is the most important lesson that we must learn and embrace.
We’ve been successful with the NFL. We’ve been pretty successful with Hollywood, which is seeing their worst year for movie ticket sales in decades.
We need to continue this. Lowes and Costco are some of the biggest corporate donors to Democrat causes. I don’t care what they do with their profits, but I’ll be damned if I will give them my money to support those causes.
We need to do this to all of the liberal causes that we disagree with. Don’t use Google. Don’t use Facebook. Don’t use AT&T. The list goes on. I know that some folks use these products for good reasons (business, etc. Just realize that there are choices out there, and our choices do make a difference.

It’s 487 on steroids. The liberals are planning their first Women’s Convention in 40 years and it’s going to be in Detroit. The irony just rolls on and on.

They say it’s about women power. They chose the location to be in Michigan which has the highest Muslim population in the US. And we all know how much the Muslims respect women’s rights!

It’s 1984 all over again. All references to Weinstein are being systematically removed from Hollywood and its products. Except for deposit slips to the accounts of pet projects of the left like Planned Parenthood, the Clinton Foundation and a myriad of democrat candidates. Nothing to see here folks, move on with your lives.
Of course Weinstein is the big name caught today, so that’s what they are focusing on with their fake indignation. Who can forget Woody Allen and his step daughter? Roman Polanski anyone? The list goes on and on.
There is no place in any society for those who prey on children. The reposts of the child rapes must not go away into the sunset. Prison is the best we can do to these folks on earth before they go to their ultimate judgement.
For the adults involved, I have no compassion. There is a name for people who sell themselves for financial gain. It’s called prostitution. I don’t have a problem with folks who decide to sell themselves. It’s their body. I feel sorry for folks who only have sex to sell and hope they would be able to do something different, but it’s their body. And it’s still prostitution. In the case of Hollywood it’s expensive prostitution, but that’s what it is.
And just think, people value the opinions of these folks. We invite them to speak on the floor of the House and Senate. Have we lost our minds? …
